Founder Caroline opened the UK’s first conveyor belt sushi restaurant, Moshi Moshi, back in 1994. Keen to share her passion for authentic Japanese cuisine with the foodies of London, Caroline began running Moshi Moshi with a particular set of ideals in mind – to serve outstanding, nutritious food with the minimum environmental impact. Using the finest quality ingredients, Moshi Moshi has earned itself a large and loyal fan base, and a reputation for the finest sushi around.

This is a restaurant with sustainable fishing methods at the heart of its ethos, and a business with a belief in transparency. The team’s relationship with a small family-run fishing business from Cornwall, which uses environmentally friendly static gear and lines, ensures that the freshest, most sustainable fish is supplied to the restaurant and arrives beautifully fresh.

The menu comprises zensai tapas dishes, platters and sushi sets, hot seasonal mains, tamaki hand rolls and miso soup. Opt for a sushi set to experience an array of specialties, such as the Fitzroy set featuring a selection of nigiri and maki plates including Loch Duart salmon and Cornish kabayaki. To complement the menu, a range of wine, beer, tea, refreshing soft drinks and freshly squeezed juice is available. The ginger zinger is a fiery feel-good combination of cold-pressed carrot and ginger. Moshi Moshi also caters for corporate events and celebrations – contact the friendly team to find out more.
