Highly acclaimed chef and restaurateur Wolfgang Puck opened his first restaurant in Europe in Dorchester Collection’s contemporary Mayfair hotel, 45 Park Lane, and for good reason. CUT at 45 Park Lane mirrors the award-winning original CUT in Beverly Hills and offers outstanding steaks, a superb wine list and impeccable service in a dynamic setting. The sparkling cutlery, marble flooring and glowing lamps radiate luxury, while BAR 45 features Art Deco interiors created by world-renowned Thierry Despont and a striking back-lit granite bar.
Featuring the likes of prime dry- and wet-aged beef and succulent pan-roasted lobster to whole fresh fish, the menu wins over crowds of food-lovers. Mini wagyu beef sliders, Dorset crab rolls with herb aioli, and spicy tuna tartare cones with sesame-miso tuile demonstrate Wolfgang’s incredible talent for whipping up delicious dishes that delight and intrigue. The extensive wine list focuses on American wine and has been carefully created with every dish in mind. Breakfast and lunch menus showcase American classics, so why not start your day as you mean to go on with fluffy blueberry buttermilk pancakes with whipped maple butter or salt beef hash cake with poached eggs, crispy leeks and Béarnaise sauce?
