This fine Italian restaurant has been a favourite with the bankers and businesspeople of the local area since it opened over three decades ago.

The interior is timeless and the atmosphere unpretentious – just like the food served. Rich red carpets, gleaming glasses and stained glass all add an air of class, while the menu takes diners on a journey through the regions of Italy. The menus showcase exquisite Italian cuisine that’s full of flavour, featuring the likes of Parma ham sourced from a small family business in Italy. Those looking to dine will not be disappointed by Bolton’s. Highlights from the pasta selection include lobster spaghetti, penne with duck ragu, and pappardelle with meatballs, cep mushrooms and a dash of cream. From the main menu, chicken cooked with cream and mustard, strips of prime beef fillet in rich red wine and mushroom sauce, and sea bass in clam and shrimp sauce are much-loved favourites. You can also choose the meat of the day from the carving trolley. Finish by choosing a delectable dessert from the tempting selection available.

The cosy bar calls for lingering over a glass of wine from the carefully chosen selection of perfectly matched Italian tipples. There’s also a separate private dining room available for up to 22 people.
