Slabs offers diners the last word in premium burgers, steaks and seafood. Located in picturesque Marylebone, this chic yet informal eatery, founded by brothers Alex and Michael Christou, is the perfect spot for a leisurely lunch, but is also a great after-work hang out.

Head chef Scott Parker, previously of The Savoy, has crafted a menu of classic dishes using only the finest seasonal ingredients. Grass-fed Scotch beef is ground and mixed on site to create the finest quality burgers that can be enjoyed in a variety of different ways, which range from ordering a classic burger and chips or tempting little sliders to eat in, to taking advantage of the mini burger box delivered straight to your desk at work. A signature wagyu burger - made from 6oz of prime wagyu beef and served with roasted shiitake mushrooms, Asian 'slaw and wasabi mayo - is the ultimate luxury burger. Equally indulgent is the lobster burger, comprising lobster tail and soft shell crab, served in a tasty toasted brioche bun.

Slabs is about much more than just burgers, however. Choose from salt and pepper squid, lobster tail or a 28-day-aged rare-breed ribeye - or even the surf and turf option. With a range of fantastic craft beers, wines and cocktails too, Slabs has all the ingredients for the perfect meal
Open: Mon-Sun 11ammidnight (last orders 11pm, closed Sun evening)
