Born in the city of Cordoba, head chef and co-owner Adrian Cocco has brought the essence of Argentina’s culinary tradition with him as well as the flavours and products of the nation, ranging from meat to pasta. Meat plays a lead role on the menu with tempting options including various steaks cooked on the charcoal grill. Specialities include skewered beef with bacon, Spanish sausage, pepper and onion, and half a chicken with tomato chilli sauce – both served with chips and salad. The team also caters for vegetarians with dishes such as spinach and ricotta ravioli. Freshly made desserts like homemade caramel cream served with dulce de leche, and cremoso de chocolate are worth saving room for. To accompany the fare is a range of imported beers and a wine list, which includes bottles from Mendoza – the famous wine region in the foothills of the Andes.
