Hidden away down a cobbled mews in up-and-coming Queen's Park, North West London, you'll discover Hugo's, a family-friendly café, bar and restaurant. Originally established as The Organic Café in 1994, Hugo's remains committed to responsibly and ethically sourced produce, Fairtrade and fresh, organic ingredients where possible. Everything is prepared in the kitchens daily - you won't find any processed food here.

Sanded floorboards from a school in Norfolk, old church chairs and pews and the oak bar reclaimed from the London storm of 1987 come together to give the space a wholly individual feel. Open all week (except Monday evenings), Hugo's is the ideal destination at any time of day, whether you're craving breakfast with a Bloody Mary, lunch with the kids or friends, corporate lunch meetings, after-work drinks or dinner à deux. This is a particularly special spot in the summer - imagine sunlight streaming in through the open doors, a cool breeze blowing through, and the sound of the tenor sax as you enjoy a bottle of French dry organic rosé. How about a couple of plates of calamares with garlic aioli to whet your appetite, before moving on to a main course of stuffed butternut squash with garlic, leeks, mushrooms and goat's cheese, succulent seared salmon fillet with stir-fried noodles or a juicy rib-eye steak from their farm partner in Devon.

Hugo's also makes an excellent venue for intimate, personal and unique wedding receptions and birthday parties, catering for 50 to 120 guests
