Anastasias Greek Restaurant
Greek

Anastasias is a family-run restaurant that has been a highlight of the St Albans dining scene since opening in 1974. The neat little shopfront gives way to a restaurant that caters for more than 250 customers over weekends.
During the week you will be served by the family and welcomed into a relaxed and friendly environment, showing you true Greek hospitality. Peruse the menu with its extensive list of home-cooked foods. To enjoy all the exciting flavours Greece has to offer, try the meze: 18 individual dishes of houmous, tzatziki, taramasalata, dolmades, spanakopita, halloumi and more. For your main course, why not opt for a Greek classic? The lamb kleftiko and beef stifado are both mouth-wateringly tender, whilst the giant prawns and swordfish – grilled over real charcoal – are bursting with flavour.
Come the weekend, you will experience something different and entirely unique to the rest of St Albans. A fun and exciting evening includes a celebration menu, Greek and belly dancing, plate smashing, a DJ, photographer and a late licence until 1am. Anastasias also has a private function room, holding 80 guests and catering for weddings, christenings, private events.
This is what Anastasias is really all about; it’s a cosy Greek restaurant during the week and a performance and events venue where everyone can celebrate at the weekend.
