Crouchmoor Farm, Tea Green, Nr Luton , LU2 8PS
The Novelli Academy has been established since April 2005 and is based in a rustic 14th-Century farmhouse at Crouchmoor Farm near Luton Airport. This is actually Jean-Christophe Novelli's personal home and courses here are still run by the man himself.

The farmhouse is a delightful building which welcomes guests through its doors and into the culinary world of the five-out-of-five, AA-rosetted and multi-Michelin-starred, 'Chef's Chef of the Year', Jean-Christophe Novelli. Having been a professional chef for the last 30 years, Jean-Christophe felt that inviting guests into his own home gave the school a more intimate and personal atmosphere, allowing him the public interaction that he missed whilst running his restaurants.

Everyone who visits the Novelli Academy is guaranteed their money's worth of entertainment, great food and je ne sais quoi from the chef himself. Guests are seated around the main cooking area, giving each an optimum viewing platform for all aspects of the demonstration and experience. Jean-Christophe strives to develop further ways of passing on his culinary secrets so that more people can share his passion for entertaining friends in his own unique fashion. No matter what level of experience you arrive at the Novelli Academy with, you are sure to leave with new knowledge, having had an enjoyable and inspiring day.
