Chef Craig Davies uses trusted ingredients from local suppliers to prepare a seasonally changing menu that may include popular mains such as free-range hunter’s chicken with smoked Cheddar mash and Savoy cabbage, and favourite desserts such as sticky toffee pudding, with daily specials ranging from fresh fish to seasonal pies.
