The Willows Inn
British

In the two years since Daryn and Emma took over, The Willows Inn has been transformed into a vibrant, stylish gastropub with an adventurous menu to suit all tastes. The broad range of menus, which includes pre-starters, starters, a main menu, and a sharing menu, reflects a blend of the modern and the traditional. You’ll find traditional east-London favourites like double-minced beef pie and mash served, of course, with parsley liquor. There are plenty of grill and fi sh options too, and Emma is always happy to adapt dishes to suit diners’ requirements. We started with delicious fi g-stuffed bread and duck liver pâté with bacon jam. My main course of beer-battered haddock with skinny chips couldn’t be faulted, and neither could my partner’s Cumberland sausages on a bed of creamy mashed potatoes.
