The Kelstedge Inn is located on the Matlock to Chesterfield road, right on the edge of the Peak District and close to the Chatsworth estate, making it the perfect place to enjoy a long-awaited bite to eat and a drink after exploring this beautiful area.

The Kelstedge is a beautiful old coaching inn, parts of which date back over 250 years. Over the years it has been transformed into a successful country pub, serving great food. The bar area is dominated by an open fire - a welcoming source of warmth on a cold winter's day - where you can relax and enjoy the friendly atmosphere of this public house. The Kelstedge has an excellent reputation as a great place to eat, thanks to chef and manager Liam, who places emphasis on using well-respected local suppliers. They have been using Highfield House Farm butchers for over a year to supply all meat to the pub, including a sausage of the week produced to The Kelstedge's own specification. To complete your visit there is a wide range of wines, beers and local cask ales to try.

Monday to Friday sees a senior citizens' special for just £7.45, and The Kelstedge's famous Sunday lunch is served from noon until 4pm. Also a member of the Derbyshire gold card scheme, this pub is not to be missed.
