The Bentley Brook is an attractive building set in several acres on the edge of the Peak District. With lawns and patio gardens, the inn attracts a varied clientele of all ages, including families, walkers, cyclists and those looking to explore the historic town of Ashbourne or traverse the pretty Tissington Trail. Food and refreshments are available in the bar - where in the winter, a roaring fire and a warm welcome await you - or in the beautiful restaurant overlooking the patio and garden. Dishes from an à la carte menu, together with daily specials, are served throughout. The menus vary from season to season but include the Bentley Brook kebab, a proven favourite from the landlord's time in Spain. Traditional ales are served alongside fruit ciders and wines from a well-stocked bar. In good weather, the patio offers views over the garden and a children's play area. The Travellers Room can be booked for private dining and larger parties, weddings and functions can be catered for in the Dovedale Suite - there are also two licensed rooms for civil ceremonies. The Bentley Brook also welcomes dogs not only in the bar, lounge and garden areas but also in some of the bedrooms - water bowls and treats are always on hand. With plenty of parking available including coaches, there are no end of possibilities at the Bentley Brook Inn. Call in and discover all it has to offer
