At The Curzon Arms they believe that 'food doesn't have to be expensive to be good', and this means you will find menus packed with fantastic dishes at extremely reasonable prices. You can tuck into some deliciously hearty meals, all prepared using a wealth of local produce. The menu is mainly British, with one or two international twists only adding to its appeal. They offer everything from a three-course meal to a light snack or, if you prefer, you can while away the evening over a bottle of quality red.

Whatever you choose to eat, you can be assured it has been made with great care and skill on the premises; and because all meat comes from the local butcher, fresh flavours and quality are guaranteed. Starters of black pudding with horseradish and deep-fried Brie in breadcrumbs with redcurrant jelly will get your tastebuds jumping, while the steak selection is a clear favourite with The Curzon's legions of regulars. The chef's specials are ever changing, and add that little extra to an already varied and interesting menu. Choose a scrumptious traditional dessert to bring your hearty meal to a close, such as homemade creme brûlée, and leave feeling thoroughly satisfied. For a snack rather than a banquet, the 'lite bites' menu offers a choice of baguettes, jacket potatoes, ploughman's, salad bowls and sides such as cheesy chips.

The Curzon Arms is a great place to drink and dine because it brings quality British cuisine home, with real flair and without losing touch with the rest of the world. It is a charming venue offering patrons both the comfort and welcome of a village pub, with the added bonus of truly excellent dining. Bring the family along on a warm day and take advantage of the large garden and bouncy castle (weather permitting), or find a cosy spot inside when the colder nights draw in - there is no better place to enjoy an evening with your nearest and dearest.
