Following a recent refresh and a new website launch, Koh Thai are proud to introduce two new menus.
From the 23rd January, you can now great value £12 Two Course Lunch Menu and the £14 aptly named ‘Pre-Whatever-Else-You’re-Doing-Later’ Menu.
Following a trial of a new lunch menu in Lymington, Salisbury, Romsey and Winchester, the lighter lunch menu is now available everywhere, every day, 12-3 pm (although some of the restaurants close Monday daytimes, so do check opening times). It features all the favourites, including the Chicken Satay, Prawn Toast, Dim Sum and more, for the first course. The tapas mains include the Yellow and Penang curries, the Phad Thai and healthier options including the Chilli or Garlic Stir-Fry and the Smoked Salmon Salad. It now also sees the addition of The Grill. Choose from Tuna, Chicken Breast or Salmon, served with Jasmine Rice, side salad and your choice of sauce from Garlic & Pepper, Tamarind or Penang.
You can find your nearest of the 12 Koh Thai restaurants here.
The ‘Pre-Whatever-Else-You’re-Doing-Later’ Menu is available Monday to Thursday, outside of peak hours for orders placed before 6:30 pm. A similar menu to the one listed above, with a larger portion for both the tapas starter, main and without The Grill. Perfect for families, or perhaps those looking to have an early bite to eat before the cinema or theatre.
The menu includes options for coeliacs, pescatarians, vegetarians, vegans, the health conscious, those looking to indulge and for a variety of spice tolerances.
The launch comes ahead of future plans to introduce a ‘Very Low Gluten & Gluten-Free’ only menu as well as a Vegan Menu. In 2017, the Restaurant Group also launched a new affordable children’s menu for just £6.95, including healthier and affordable options for children of all ages. The new family of menus are enforced to ensure that eating out is accessible to everyone, whatever their dietary or monetary circumstances.
