Brace & Browns Brunch

Since we told you all about Brace & Browns’ Bottomless Brunch back in March last year, they’ve been doing fantastically well. They’ve decided to re-evaluate their offering and make it even better for their diners.

Since they’ve been running brunch, there are plenty of other  restaurants in Bristol that have tried to introduce their own versions, but the thing that sets them apart from the rest is the quality of food and the generous Prosecco servings. Due to this, Brace & Browns remains the favourite.

Brace & Browns

The team at Brace & Browns decided to re-evaluate their offering and add a new structure and focus on ‘great food, lovely fizz and good times.’

If you’ve tried to get hold of Brace & Browns to book their famous brunch on the 1st of each month, you’ll be pleased to know that there now is an online option. You just need to visit their website and you can submit an online booking at your leisure.

The new brunch is £32.50pp to include the bottomless fizz and just £20 if you’d like the soft drink option.  There is now a Bloody Mary station so you can create your own drink with a range of different garnishes. You can choose how much Worcester Sauce or Tabasco and then pick bacon, gherkins, chili’s and celery to add to your drink.

The Prosecco now comes with orange juice and some small bottles of peach purees if you should want to make Bellini’s or Bucks Fizz. There is a bottle of Prosecco on your table when you arrive and then once this is finished, the helpful staff will come around and top up your glass.

You start off with a few starter samples from the chef – the waiting staff will ask if you have any dietary requirements and then will bring out a few dishes to whet your appetite.  You can choose one filling and delicious main course: they include the likes of ‘Sausage, Beans & Egg – Smoked duck leg, Toulouse sausage, Borlotti beans, tomato and poached egg.’

The only ‘traditional’ brunch dish is the Avocado & Eggs – charred cornbread, spiced fried egg, smashed avocado, tomato & corn salsa. If you’ve got a sweet tooth then we highly recommend the Pain Perdu – French toast, candied pecans and salted caramel ice cream.

To finish, they’ll bring you some candy floss and sherbet to add to your Prosecco and you’ll be brought some delicious dessert dishes to finish your meal.
