Green sandwich in a Parisian baguette, using homemade garam masala roasted chickpeas (recipe now on the blog), guacamole, heirloom cherry tomatoes directly from the farmers’ market, red onions and fresh mint leaves. Garbanzo beans are one of the most frequently used protein from our pantry. Simply roasted in an iron cast pan, they are great for snacking, putting in sandwiches, salads and soups. And using the right spices elevate their taste tremendously. Among other things, I used a garam masala spice that I a ground and mixed at home. The recipe for the chickpeas is now on the blog. #vegan #plantbased #sandwich #foodphotography #foodstyling #f52grams #feedfeed @thefeedfeed #bestofvegan A photo posted by Dreamy Leaf (@thedreamyleaf) on

Usually I only talk on here about the edible products that I love, but for the past week I’ve been using a vegan lipstick gifted to me from @lukbeautifood and I love it – there’s even a review up on my blog already (link in bio) because I’m that big of a fan. This lip glaze is made with 100% fruit pigments and nourishing ingredients such as avocado butter, and my lips feel so moisturised. Luk believe that food is the best way to promote outer beauty, so use food-based ingredients to make their gorgeous cosmetics. ???I just can’t get enough flatbread pizza! ✨Tonight’s was made by spreading some beet hummus (or just use plain hummus) onto a toasted whole wheat (or gluten-free) flatbread. ✨I then added sliced avocado, fresh tiger figs?, broccoli, green onion?, and some chopped orange pepper. ✨Next I sprinkled some toasted sunflower seeds over the top, drizzled on balsamic glaze and… Wowza?!!! Light and crisp and decadent! ??????Any suggestions for my next flatbread??? A photo posted by Marlies Hartmann (@hartmann_health) on
