Roll up, roll up – because Drake & Morgan’s new range of super-fun fairground cocktails really cannot be missed. The London mixology specialists are calling for all those bonkers for big dippers, doolally for dodgems and crazy for the coconut shy, to come and try their creative new cocktail menu, which celebrates all the fun of the fair.

Now available at the refinery on Bankside, the parlour in Canary Wharf, and the drift, The Folly and The Anthologist in the City, the playful tipples include the soda pop-style Poptail, the tropical Marshmallow Colada, and the Goldfish in a Bag – gin, mandarin vodka, tonic, rhubarb bitters, a pink grapefruit fish and edible lily pads served in a clear bag with a straw.

For something even more extravagant, try the Popping Corn sharer cocktail – Chartreuse with kiwi, cardamom and pineapple juice, topped with prosecco and popping candy. The carnival continues with the Rub a Dub Shrub – vodka, fresh watermelon juice, homemade strawberry vinegar and fresh strawberries, all served in a miniature bath tub complete with rubber duck. Those with a super-sweet tooth will love the Salted Caramel Milkshake with bourbon whisky, salted caramel, vanilla ice cream and chocolate bitters. I’m seriously considering changing my weekend plans, just for this.
