This year’s London Fashion Week will see fledgling fashionistas and style icons alike teetering around with super-tasty ‘skinny’ cocktails, inspired by the fashion world’s most famous faces. Thanks to London-based bar group, Drake & Morgan, from 15th to 19th February, visitors will be able to discuss the latest catwalk creations and perfect their killer pouts over a ‘Negroni Campbell’ or ‘Heidi Plum’. Otherwise, they might try a ‘Berry Hall’, of course named after statuesque Texan supermodel Jerry Hall.
Those who plump for Naomi’s namesake will be treated to a blend of Little Bird Gin, aperol, byrrh, rhubarb bitters, calming camomile and lavender syrup – sure to soothe any runway rage. The Heidi Plum meanwhile, is swagger in a glass – crisp Sipsmith gin, maraschino and plum liquor and lemon juice combining to divine effect. Make sure to try the delicious Berry Hall too – Little Bird Gin with lemon juice, agave nectar and blueberries. They’re just as calorie-conscious as their real-life counterparts, and all are available for £7.95 each, or £18.95 for the trio.
So, if you can see yourself sipping away on a trendy, tummy-friendly tipple at this year’s London Fashion Week, try one of Drake & Morgan’s oh-so angelic treats at the refinery on Bankside, the parlour in Canary Wharf, The Anthologist and The Folly in the City or the drift on Bishopsgate.
