Restaurant Sat Bains with Rooms never fails to deliver the ethos of the husbandand- wife team who own it – relax and enjoy. The seven and ten-course tasting menus have been created to maximise the flavour of each individual ingredient, so that each dish progresses naturally to the next, using the three key components of taste, texture and temperature. As an added option – and perhaps for that special occasion – guests can choose their favourite ingredients from a seasonally adjusted list and in just 48 hours, the chefs will create an exclusive ‘Unique’ menu for you to share on the day.

For groups of up to six guests, the Chef’s Table and the new Development Kitchen provide private dining facilities for a truly entertaining lunch or dinner, where dishes are served by the chefs themselves. The eight luxury boutique bedrooms are individually designed and located in both the main building and a separate annex within the restaurant grounds. Overnight rates include a full breakfast.
