Since taking over Giotto in 2004, Lello Branco and his team now enjoy a healthy reputation in the south side of Glasgow. Recently refurbished, this cosy restaurant has won a number of awards in recent years. The menu will certainly please lovers of Italian food, and it might just convert those who haven't yet fallen for its charms. On the menu you'll find a range of traditional dishes, prepared by the talented and experienced chefs Fulvio and Bruce; as you would expect, the food is perfectly cooked and packed with Mediterranean flavour. In addition to the pasta, meat, chicken and seafood dishes that you would expect to find in an Italian restaurant, Fulvio and Bruce also prepare some intriguing daily specials.

Why not round things off with a couple of scoops of creamy, homemade gelato - just the thing to bring back fond memories of Roman holidays past. The restaurant also offers set lunch and early evening menus at attractive prices, as well as a Sunday roast to rival mamma's - children even eat free on Sundays from 12.30pm to 4.30pm (one child per paying adult). Giotto is the ideal setting for an intimate meal or family occasion, and you can be sure of attentive, friendly service from the staff. The vibrant atmosphere is boosted by live music on alternate weekends and, if you're lucky, Fulvio may even serenade you at the end of your meal. Perfetto.
