The two fantastic Panacea restaurants, found in cosmopolitan Manchester and affluent Alderley Edge, are as much about casual dining as they are decadent nights out. The restaurant at Panacea Manchester is a sophisticated playground in the hub of the vibrant city centre and has plenty of wow factor. Panacea Alderley Edge, nestled in the heart of Cheshire's leafy suburb, is open seven days a week and provides a refreshingly open and simplistically chic setting. The venue consists of a 100-cover restaurant and lounge bar on the ground floor, together with an outdoor dining area perfect for the warmer months. Upstairs features an iconic late-night bar area, which is also available for private hire and corporate hospitality. The globally inspired menu uses only the freshest of produce and has something for everyone. Dishes range from a tagine of monkfish and tiger prawn mee goring, to roasted free-range chicken and their signature 28-day-aged (minimum) steaks.
