Jeff Bland, who was named ‘Chef of the Year’ at the 2012 Scottish Restaurant Awards, places emphasis on creative dishes whilst promoting the best of Scotland by using only the finest and freshest Scottish ingredients. The spacious and comfortable surroundings at Number One create a sophisticated ambience and the knowledgeable staff ensure a truly memorable dining experience. The design features golden velvet banquettes and rich-red lacquered walls shipped from Hong Kong. The walls are adorned with eye-catching, unique art from the Institute of Art in London.
