‘Kasturi’ is a word alluding to a certain type of musk, originally used in exotic perfumes to create a relaxing aroma. Kasturi Indian Gourmet Restaurant aims to create the same aura of contentment, crafting a grand dining experience. From the tastefully decorated interior to the stylishly dressed tables and helpful and knowledgeable staff, Kasturi provides an experience that is nothing short of epic.

After being seated by the cheerful staff, the first thing we noticed was the wellstructured menu. Despite offering an extensive range of dishes, it was clearly laid out – leaving us excited but not overwhelmed by the choice. Each main dish was listed with a recommended side dish, although the staff are more than happy to cater for any special requests you may have. Our starters arrived in good time and were presented in a very appetising fashion – the achari mushroom was particularly tantalising. Our mains of tandoori king prawn masala and lamb jalfrezi arrived via a trolley, and it was clear to see why – the mains were very generous and, when accompanied by a range of delicious-looking sides, the result was a gargantuan feast of which we enjoyed every bite.

Kasturi needs no assistance when it comes to promoting itself – everything down to the smallest detail simply sparkles.
