Findlay's of Portobello
E Findlay’s of Portobello is a family-run independent company that has been selling and producing the finest meats since 1974. Situated in a seaside town, this property has been a butcher shop for over ten decades, and has been in the Findlay family for 23 years. Everything sold here is free-range and of exceptional quality. Naturally fed cattle are selected from farms in Speyside, and time is taken to ensure meat is matured to fully enhance its flavour. Pork is sourced from Hillfoot Farm in Hawick, while lambs are specially selected from farms in the Scottish Borders. Supplying an increasing number of highly reputed restaurants in and around the UK – from the Witchery at Edinburgh Castle to the Grosvenor Hotel in London – Findlay’s is fast becoming renowned as an excellent butchers and a first port of call for quality produce.
