This vibrant and stylish Italian restaurant's owner and chef, Enrico De Vita, is dedicated to creating authentic dishes of Italy, some of the recipes for which have origins in ancient Rome. It is not just the menus that hold historic significance; the building itself dates back to the Middle Ages and, as a result, has plenty of character with beamed floors and ceilings and a medieval minstrel's gallery.

The extensive menu incorporates a variety of flavours and uses only the best ingredients imported directly from Italy, so the quality of each dish is always assured. Begin with a starter of insalata calda - fresh scallops and strips of chicken breast, sealed on a charcoal grill and presented on a bed of wild leaf salad, drizzled with balsamic vinegar and topped with crispy bacon - then tuck into a fantastic favourite such as lasagne or canelloni. Top quality free-range chicken breast, fine Welsh lamb, sirloin steaks, veal and wonderfully fresh fish - including a reasonably priced 'fish of the day' option - make up delectable dishes. If it's a lunchtime treat you're after, Enrico's La Boheme offers a fantastic fixed price lunch menu, comprising a starter, main course and filter coffee for just £7.95. The wine list provides all the deliciousness you would expect from a quality Italian restaurant, and the atmosphere is one of pure enjoyment. So, whether you're enjoying an intimate meal for two or celebrating something special, Enrico's La Boheme is the ideal venue.
