A vast selection of fresh fish, seafood, meat and game greet you in huge display cabinets as you enter Caesar's Arms. These cabinets are framed by wine racks overflowing with champagne, vintage port, and wines from all over the world.
To begin, maybe experience Bajan fish cakes, fresh Pembroke dressed crab, tiger prawns in garlic, scallops with leek and bacon and much more.
To follow, hake, salmon and monkfish prove very popular choices. Dover sole, crawfish tails and lobsters are priced per kilo and often shared. Sea bass baked in rock salt, cracked open and filleted at your table, adds to the theatre.
Welsh fillets and sirloins, honeyed crispy duck, roasted racks of Welsh lamb, chicken and venison satisfy the most serious meat eaters.
Traditional Sunday lunches, daily specials, help-yourself salads, real chips and home-made puddings make for a truly memorable visit.
In summer months, meals may be taken alfresco at marble tables, shaded by huge umbrellas overlooking the garden.
